Baltika presented its uniform collection designed by BTK Group
Baltika Brewery participated in the Moscow Fashion Week industrial show at the Manege Central Exhibition Hall, along with other major companies. The collection focused not on striking design, but on the everyday work process. The uniforms were created by BTK Group. Rather than models, the show featured company employees—technologists and production specialists. This choice was part of the idea to showcase the profession from the inside—through the people who work with the equipment and processes every day.

Kirill Chetvergov, a Baltika technologist who participated in the show, noted: "My profession is trending today and is becoming increasingly in demand. For young professionals, this is a prestigious and promising field, offering the opportunity to work with modern technologies and participate in the creation of new products."

The collection was created with real-world production conditions in mind. The designers studied work processes, consulted with employees, and adapted familiar elements of form while maintaining functionality and the brand's DNA.

Vera Burmistrova, Chief Operating Officer of BTK Group:

"We wanted to move away from a purely utilitarian approach, emphasizing the uniqueness of Baltika's divisions and style. In search of inspiration for the new collection, we sought to break away from the classic brand book colors and turn to the product creation process—these are beautiful shades of sky and hops. Workwear is part of a broader solution: for Baltika, we created not only a collection but also a service infrastructure for its use. Distribution centers and automated lockers have been set up at the factories, where employees can obtain a clean set of clothing and return used ones with a pass. Thus, design, function, and service work as a unified system."

"Today, a uniform is more than just a means of protection or a standard item," adds Mikhail Tsygankov, Director of Occupational Health and Safety at Baltika Breweries. "It has become part of our corporate culture, reflecting the company's attitude toward employees and shaping their relationship with their employer. The collection created by BTK Group specifically for Baltika Breweries reimagines the work uniform—safety, functionality, and aesthetics are integrated. The colors reflect the spirit of our brand and the specifics of our production, while the thoughtful design helps differentiate departments and simultaneously emphasizes team unity."

The uniform renewal project, launched in 2026, aims to promote environmental responsibility and improve workwear management practices. BTK Group not only designs and manufactures workwear but also provides professional maintenance.

The new line has already been implemented at two Baltika factories and will be available at all eight production facilities by summer.
