Every fabric undergoes rigorous laboratory testing and complies with GOST quality standards.

Our products comply with stringent quality standards and are supplied to law enforcement agencies, the defense sector, and a broad range of civilian industries.

We are launching our own production of zippers for apparel, equipment, and technical applications—components that until recently were almost entirely imported.

The project is currently in the technology development stage. We are refining production processes, ensuring precise tooth geometry, and conducting comprehensive testing for cycle durability, tensile strength, and low-temperature performance.

Our portfolio includes cotton, blended, reinforced, polyester, and polyamide 6.6 yarns and threads in a wide range of counts. Modern production equipment and rigorous laboratory testing ensure consistently high quality.

Our spun yarns and textured polyamide 6.6 yarns provide a reliable foundation for durable, high-performance fabrics.

The development of our own membrane technology is one of BTK Group's strategic projects.

We produce a high-performance range of microporous membranes that prevent water from penetrating from the outside while allowing moisture vapor to escape from within. Waterproofness and breathability are verified through laboratory testing.

Our proprietary membrane technology is designed to meet the growing demand for advanced materials used in technical textiles, protective clothing, equipment, and sportswear, reducing dependence on imported products.

From the field to the spinning mill, every stage of fiber production is managed within BTK Group.

We cultivate and process our own cotton, produce textile fibers, and supply them directly to our spinning facilities—eliminating reliance on external suppliers while maintaining uncompromising quality standards.

The performance characteristics of future fabrics are determined at the fiber stage. Our R&D teams are also developing specialized fibers for flame-resistant textiles.
