"BTK Group" to Prepare a Reconstruction Project for Production Buildings in Prokhladny
Russia's largest light industry production complex, "BTK Group", plans to prepare a reconstruction project for the production and administrative-domestic buildings in Prokhladny, Kabardino-Balkaria. The contractor will be tasked with developing design and estimate documentation for the "P" (Design) and "RD" (Working Documentation) stages, as well as a design project for the buildings.

The project covers a production building with an area of 2,568 thousand sq. m and an administrative-domestic building with an area of 1,661 thousand sq. m. The total area of the buildings is 4,229 thousand sq. m.

The documentation must provide for architectural and structural solutions, engineering networks, technological organization of production, and fire protection. The list of engineering systems includes water supply and sewage, ventilation, air conditioning, gas and heat supply, power supply and lighting, low-current systems, as well as compressed air, steam, and vacuum supply systems.

The project must also account for the integration of two passenger-cargo elevators in the production building and the installation of two freight lifts in the canteen of the administrative-domestic building. The production building requires the design of automatic fire extinguishing systems, while both buildings require an internal fire water supply, external fire escapes, emergency lighting, and ventilation and smoke extraction systems.

In the production premises, it is planned to separate the cutting zones, sewing workshops, raw material and finished product warehouses, and administrative-domestic premises. Designers must also provide routes for the movement of cut materials and finished products without intersecting counter-flows or passing through administrative zones.

The "P" stage design documentation must be prepared in a volume sufficient to obtain a positive expert review conclusion. A separate stage involves passing a non-state expert review, after which the contractor must develop the working and estimate documentation. The specific deadline for the work is not filled in the technical assignment.
